Delete Your Account

You can delete your Ascent account at any time, directly from within the app — no need to contact us.

How to delete your account

Open the Ascent app and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

What happens next

What gets removed depends on your role:

Trainees: deleting your account removes your profile, your workouts and programs, everything you've logged, and any comments you've written. Your trainer will simply see you disappear from their roster.
Trainers: you must first unlink any trainees still connected to you (a "remove trainee" action, which disconnects them from your roster but leaves their own historical workouts and logs intact for them) before your account can be deleted.

Account deletion is processed immediately upon request.
